New White House spox Stephanie Grisham was roughed up and bruised by North Korean security guards at the DMZ this weekend.
Grisham, who just took over Sara Sanders’ position as WH press sec was making sure US reporters and TV camera crews would be able to enter into the House of Freedom on Sunday to cover the Trump-Kim meeting when she suffered injuries.
According to reports, the US Secret Service intervened after North Korean security guards pushed Grisham.
“WH press secretary Stephanie Grisham threw herself into it to make sure the US TV camera got into House of Freedom, and it came to body blows,” Bloomberg reporter Jennifer Jacobs tweeted.
To add to madcap day at DMZ, the North Korean security was a little overzealous, at times trying to block US reporters’ view.
