Joe diGenova: Weissmann’s Testimony in ‘Executive Session with Unlimited Questioning’ Will be Damaging to President Trump (VIDEO)

Joe diGenova and Victoria Toensing appeared on Fox Business and spoke to Lou Dobbs on Friday night about the upcoming Mueller testimony to Congress.

Mueller is set to publicly testify to the House Judiciary Committee and House Intel Committee on July 17.

DiGenova however warned that the real damage to President Trump will be done the next day when Weissmann testifies in “executive session with unlimited questioning.”

“[Mueller’s} testimony is going to be basically worthless,” diGenova said. “The real damage is going to be done the next day when they have testimony from Weissmann and his aides which will be done in executive session with unlimited questioning. That’s when the damage to the president is going to be done,” he said.

DiGenova called Mueller a “figurehead” and asserted that this has always been the Weissmann investigation and it will be “the Weissmann testimony,” he added.

Victoria Toensing said the damage to the president isn’t based on facts, it’s based on stuff that Weissmann has just “made up.”

“[Weissmann] creates crimes out of whole cloth,” Toensing said.

Both he and Mueller have an established record of doing precisely the same thing — and Weissmann participating in the destruction of 85,000 jobs at Arthur Andersen without conscience or law,” Dobbs said.

Mueller did not indict President Trump, however he, along with his crooked prosecutor Weissmann are being given a platform to smear an innocent man who has never been convicted a crime.
