History in the making: President Trump meets North and South Korea leaders at the DMZ. The President becomes the first US President to enter North Korea.
President Trump became the first US President to join a South Korean President at the DMZ today and then he became the first US President to step into North Korea and the first US President to meet with the leader of North Korea in North Korea.
It was Historic!
Here was President Trump arriving at the DMZ –
He then met American and South Korea soldiers at the DMZ –
Then he went outside and made history – stepping into North Korea and meeting with North Korea’s Supreme Leader – Kim Jong-un!

The meeting was exciting for all sides. The Korean Peninsula was close to going to war when President Trump took office and today there is the hope for peace in the air!
