Snowflake college students are ‘shaking’ over the thought of Vice President Mike Pence speaking at their commencement ceremony.
3,500 students and alumni at Taylor University in Pence’s home state of Indiana have signed a change.org petition to cancel Pence’s invitation to speak at the university’s May-commencement ceremony.
The petition claims, “Trump-Pence Administration’s policies…” are “not consistent with the Christian ethic of love we hold dear.”

One snowflake student said, “I am physically shaking…I feel personally attacked.”
This is unsurprising, given that American universities have become literal “safe spaces.”
However, the Taylor administration is standing by its decision to have Pence speak.
Paul Haines, the President of Taylor, praised Vice President Pence as “a Christian brother whose life and values have exemplified what we strive to instill in our graduates.”
