Confirmed: Kirstjen Nielsen Did Not Resign — Was FORCED OUT By President Trump

As reported yesterday by Kristinn Taylor — President Trump announced on Sunday Kirstjen Nielsen is “leaving her position” as Director of Homeland Security. Trump did not say she was resigning, as initial reports stated, instead saying she was “leaving her position”, implying he may have fired Nielsen.

It was not clear at the time if she was forced out but it was implied by the president’s comments.

CNN later confirmed that Nielsen was forced out and did not resign.
The liberal network reported that Nielsen was not expecting to resign when she walked into the Sunday meeting with President Trump.

Nielsen had a very difficult job. Democrats trashed her because they hate Trump and want open borders.
Republicans hit her because of the out-of control growing crisis at the border.
