An awful video has emerged from a school shooting that took place early today in Brazil. It appears to be from the school security camera.

We’ve taken the liberty of blurring out the worst of it. It’s truly horrific. Click here or on the image above to be taken to the video.

SUZANO, Brazil: Two former students opened fire at a Brazilian school on Wednesday (Mar 13) and killed at least five teenagers as well as two school officials before committing suicide in an attack that police said was inspired by the 1999 Columbine massacre in the United States.

8 dead (not including the attackers)
10 additional wounded

Of the dead, 6 were children, 2 adults. 2 pieces of human waste.
Of the wounded, “most are children.”

The pair reportedly planned the attack for more than a year.

Just as an aside, there seem to be a lot of specific details for an event less than 24 hours old. Stay tuned as this develops.

Background on Columbine:

The Columbine High School massacre was a school shooting that occurred on April 20, 1999, at Columbine High School in Columbine, Colorado. In addition to the shootings, the complex and highly planned attack involved a fire bomb to divert firefighters, propane tanks converted to bombs placed in the cafeteria, 99 explosive devices, and carbombs. The perpetrators, senior students Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold, murdered 12 students and one teacher. They injured 21 additional people, and three more were injured while attempting to escape the school. The pair committed suicide. Their motives are unclear to this day.
