Satan’s Party: Senate Democrats Go on Record and Block Bill Prohibiting Infanticide

Satan’s Party.

Senate Democrats blocked a measure on Monday night that would prohibit infanticide.

Senator Ben Sasse (R-NE) tried to pass a bill that would penalize doctors who fail to “exercise the proper degree of care in the case of a child who survives an abortion or attempted abortion,” The Hill reported.

Senator Patty Murray (D-WA) blocked Ben Sasse’s legislation arguing that US already prohibits infanticide and claimed Republicans are misinterpreting the bill introduced by Virginia Democrat Delegates last week.

“We have laws against infanticide in this country. This is a gross misinterpretation of the actual language of the bill that is being asked to be considered and therefore, I object,” Murray said.

Ben Sasse tried to pass the bill after Virginia Governor Ralph Northam (D) created a firestorm with his endorsement of late-term abortion and infanticide.

“In Virginia, disgraced Governor Ralph Northam tarnished the American idea of equality under law. He betrayed the universal truth of human dignity and he turned the stomaches of civilized people not just in this country but in every country on Earth,” Ben Sasse said.

Democrat Virginia Delegate Kathy Tran recently sponsored a bill that would allow a woman to terminate her pregnancy up to 40 weeks in utero.

When asked if a woman can have an abortion at the time she is in labor and dilating, Kathy Tran responded, “My bill would allow that, yes.”

This means babies could potentially be murdered in the birth canal — truly barbaric.

Ralph Northam, who is now barely hanging onto his Governor’s seat after a photo of him in either blackface or a KKK robe surfaced, sent shock waves across the country on Friday when he agreed with Kathy Tran’s late-term abortion bill and actually endorsed infanticide.

“So in this particular example, if a mother is in labor, I can tell you exactly what would happen…the infant would be delivered. The infant would be kept comfortable. The infant would be resuscitated if that’s what the mother and the family desired, and then a discussion would ensue between the physicians and the mother,” Northam said.

Ben Sasse also fired a warning shot on Monday and said that Northam “endorsed infanticide” and that Republican lawmakers will continue to push for a vote on his bill.
