‘Empire’ actor Jussie Smollett left with a cat scratch on his face
The original incident report taken by Chicago police in the Jussie Smollett case was released Monday in response to a FOIA request from ABC News.
The original report stated: Victim [Smollett] related to R/O’s [Responding Officers] that as he was walking to his residence, two unknown males approached him and gained his attention by saying verbatim “Empire f*ggot n*gger.”
According to the original incident report, “the primary aggressor was wearing a black mask concealing any facial features and both offenders were dressed in black, proceeding to batter the victim about the face with their hands and pouring an unknown chemical substance on to him staining his clothing.”
“The victim does not remember any distinguishing features of the offenders or in which direction they fled,” the report said, but of course they were white, racist Trump supporters.
On page two of the incident report, the rope found around Jussie Smollett’s neck was not used as a weapon, according to police.
Smollett’s injuries were also considered to be “minor” according to the police report.
Page three has Jussie Smollett’s account of the alleged attack. No where does it say that the attackers screamed, “This is MAGA country!”
Smollett told detectives in his second interview that the two men allegedly screamed, “This is MAGA country!” after the story was already circulating in the media because of a TMZ report.

Smollett fought back tears at the Troubadour in West Hollywood Saturday night where he told the audience how brave he was in the face of danger and ‘fought the f*ck back.’
Jussie Smollett alleges he stepped out to get a Subway sandwich at 2 AM in Chicago and was on the phone with his manager when he came under attack by two racist, white Trump supporters who poured bleach on him and put a noose around his neck.
Chicago Police said surveillance footage of Mr. Smollett shows he was still holding his Subway sandwich when he returned to his residence early Tuesday morning after the alleged attack.
Impressive! Smollett managed to fight off two men at once while he was talking on the phone and was able to hold onto his sammy from Subway!
The two MAGA perps also managed to pull off a Delta Force-like clandestine attack of Smollett where they have managed to assault him in the most surveilled city in the world, yet no one has seen them and they have not left any trace behind of their existence.
Smollett refuses to turn over his phone and his phone records to investigators to corroborate his claims, however, unconfirmed rumors are swirling that investigators have subpoenaed Smollett’s phone records.
