Rep. Todd Gilbert, the Republican Virginia House Majority Leader, spoke with FOX and Friends on Thursday about the grisly legislation to slaughter live-babies during birth.
The plan promoted by the Democrat Party is the most radical law of its kind in the world today.
Gilbert discussed with FOX and Friends his concerns in dealing with Democrats like Delegate Kathy Tran who submitted the barbaric legislation.

Gilbert reminded the FOX and Friends panel that Tran has four children.
He is understandably worried what Democrats may do if they take control of the Virginia House.
