85-year-old Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was absent from her bench at the Supreme Court for the second day in a row Tuesday.

Chief Justice Roberts said on Tuesday, that Ginsburg is “unable to be present” but will participate from home by using transcripts and court briefs.

Ginsburg, who was forced to miss her first opening arguments in over 25 years on Monday, isn’t even in Washington DC, she is in New York recovering from surgery.

The aging Justice underwent surgery to remove cancerous tumors from her lungs last month.

This is Ginsburg’s second health scare in recent months, she was also recently hospitalized for broken ribs following a fall.

Liberals are losing their minds over the thought of Ginsberg retiring and even offered her their own lungs to help with her recovery.
