A freshman Democrat on the House Judiciary Committee said Friday that Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh will “likely” be investigated for lying to Congress during the Senate confirmation hearings last year.

34-year-old Rep. Joe Neguse (D-CO) was speaking with his constituents on Friday when a man asked him about impeaching Justice Kavanaugh and perhaps using his ‘perjury against him.’
“There’s no question [Kavanaugh] committed perjury during the confirmation hearings and so forth,” Rep. Neguse said. “I think the Judiciary Committee is likely to take that up.”

Brett Kavanaugh’s Senate Confirmation hearings last year were an absolute disgrace thanks to the Democrats, specifically Dianne Feinstein, the ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Kavanaugh was targeted with a vicious smear campaign by Feinstein, the Dems and their stenographers in the mainstream media.
Women came out of the woodwork and accused Kavanaugh of sexual assault without offering any evidence to support their outrageous claims.
Dr. Christine Blasey Ford accused Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her at a drunken, decades-old high school party, however she offered up no contemporaneous witnesses — in fact, the four witnesses she offered up debunked her claims.
Then-Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley criminally referred several people to the FBI and DOJ for lying to the Committee about Kavanaugh.
Among those criminally referred for making false statements to the Committee include Michael Avenatti and his client Julie Swetnick.

Kavanaugh was forthcoming and honest, but leave it to the Democrat hacks to investigate him AGAIN and abuse their power.
