WH Communications Director Asked if Acosta Video Doctored: Video Clearly Shows He Placed His Hand on the Staffer (Video)

On Wednesday CNN’s Jim Acosta was suspended from covering the White House over his disruptive and abusive conduct during the president’s press conference.

Video shows Acosta hacking a White House intern’s arm with enough force to push her arm down and knock her off balance.

CNN said the video of Jim Acosta was doctored.

On Thursday morning White House Director of Strategic Communications Mercedes Schlapp joined Stuart Varney on Varney and Co. to discuss the incident and more.

Schlapp told Varney Acosta crossed the line.

Mercedes Schlapp: Jim Acosta crossed the line when he physically touched the White House staffer… The video clearly shows did Acosta place his hand on the White House staffer or did he not. And the video clearly shows that he did.

Later in the interview Schlapp said the young woman was shaken up by Acosta’s behavior.
