LEAK: Here Are Two Key Answers Trump Gave to Mueller Under Oath

CNN is reporting that they have obtained two of the written responses President Trump gave to Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

According to CNN, who said they did not get a full readout of the written answers, President Trump told Mueller in writing and under oath that Roger Stone did not tell him about WikiLeaks or the infamous June 2016 Trump Tower meeting between Don Jr. and Veselnitskaya.

Neither of which are illegal–the special counsel is desperate to catch President Trump or any of his associates in a perjury trap.

CNN reported:

President Donald Trump told special counsel Robert Mueller in writing that Roger Stone did not tell him about WikiLeaks, nor was he told about the 2016 Trump Tower meeting between his son, campaign officials and a Russian lawyer promising dirt on Hillary Clinton, according to two sources familiar with the matter.

One source described the President’s answers without providing any direct quotes and said the President made clear he was answering to the best of his recollection.
This is the first insight into how the President responded to the Mueller team’s written questions — a key unknown as Mueller aims to wrap up his investigation and prepare his final report.

Roger Stone, a longtime advisor and friend to Donald Trump has repeatedly stated he never discussed WikiLeaks with Trump which of course aligns with the President’s written answers.

Don Jr.’s June 2016 meeting at Trump Tower with Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya was completely legal–there is nothing illegal about Trump’s campaign meeting with people for opposition research.

President Trump ripped into Mueller’s witch hunt again this week.

The President also fired off a warning to Mueller and Rosenstein by retweeting an image of them and top Obama admin officials behind bars for treason.
