On Wednesday night porn lawyer Michael Avenatti was arrested on domestic violence charges.
According to TMZ, the woman who filed the domestic violence report was “bruised and swollen” with “red marks” on both cheeks.
Initially, TMZ reported the alleged abuse victim to be Avenatti’s estranged wife, the story was subsequently corrected to report the alleged victim was another woman.
Avenatti denied he physically abused the woman or any woman ever, in a statement after his release from jail.
Late last night Jacob Wohl’s company Surefire Intelligence posted a tweet claiming responsibility for Avenatti’s situation.

This prompted quite a response from Michael Avenatti.

Later this morning we spoke with Jacob Wohl about Michael Avenatti’s threat.
Jacob told The Gateway Pundit the felony charges against Michael Avenatti must be serious. It is not easy to be charged in LA County for felony domestic abuse and the violent outburst by Avenatti must have been very serious to warrant felony charges.
As far as Avenatti and his Wednesday night threat Jacob Wohl responded, “Michael Avenatti knows what happened during the incident. It would by physically impossible for me to have anything to do with it. My father has represented thousands of domestic violence cases and when someone is not really injured, when you have a scratch a bruise it’s a misdemeanor. When it’s a felony it means someone was severely injured, a seriously broken nose, broken jaw, broken eye socket.”
Jacob added this on Avenatti’s late night threat. “It’s not like he’s a third party observer. He was there he knows what happened. And he knows that I couldn’t possibly be involved. He was the one who was arrested. Did I mind-control him and force him to beat up this woman?”
And Jacob spoke to police officers this morning. “The officers came over they took the notes. They’re going to be creating a report and it will be emailed to me. They take it very seriously. These guys were not messing around and neither was I. Look, this is a guy who is on bail for a violent felony. He says he’s coming for me and all this stuff. He’s gonna be charged and now that he threatened me he hopefully will have his bail revoked and he is remanded to custody.“
