Creepy Porn Lawyer Avenatti Accuses TMZ of ‘Trying to Help Trump’ by Publishing Domestic Violence Story – Threatens Lawsuit

Michael Avenatti threatened to sue TMZ and demanded a retraction and apology on Tuesday over a story they published last week alleging Avenatti beat his girlfriend and left her face bruised and swollen.

Avenatti, a rumored 2020 Presidential candidate also accused TMZ of ‘trying to help Trump.’

The creepy porn lawyer then authorized the release of all security camera footage around the Los Angeles apartment where the alleged violent attack took place.

AVENATTI: Whomever wrote and approved that TMZ article better get their checkbook ready because it was purposely malicious and false. It was designed to harm Lisa, me and my family and we are going expose TMZ for what they did. No journalist should rely on or defend garbage like that.

AVENATTI: [email protected] was presented with conclusive evidence yesterday that their story of last week is completely false. If they do not retract the story and issue an apology, they will be sued. Their conduct is outrageous and they need to be held accountable. Trying to help Trump is no excuse.

AVENATTI: When the truth and the facts are fully disclosed, including the security camera footage, I will be vindicated and a lot of people and news organizations are going to owe me an apology as well as money. Completely bogus. Let’s start with TMZ’s reporting from last week.

AVENATTI: [email protected] cannot even reconcile their story from last week with their story from today. They can’t have it both ways. Their conduct is disgusting and they need to rectify it immediately. We demand a retraction and an apology. Now.

Avenatti then authorized the release of the security camera footage around the Los Angeles apartment, claiming it will exonerate him.

Michael Avenatti was arrested last Wednesday for domestic violence.

TMZ reported last week:

Our law enforcement sources say Avenatti was arrested Wednesday after a woman filed a felony DV report. We’re told her face was “swollen and bruised” with “red marks” on both cheeks.

Our sources say the alleged incident occurred Tuesday night, but there was another confrontation Wednesday between the two at an exclusive apartment building in the Century City area of L.A.

We’re told Wednesday afternoon the woman was on the sidewalk on her cellphone with sunglasses covering her eyes, sobbing and screaming on the phone, “I can’t believe you did this to me. I’m going to get a restraining order against you.”

Mareli Miniutti, the woman who accused creepy porn lawyer of domestic violence last week and had him arrested, also filed for a restraining order against Avenatti.

The Blast obtained a declaration submitted by Miniutti which detailed how Avenatti dragged her across the floor and screamed at her, calling her an “ungrateful f*cking b*tch.”

The Blast also posted photos of the alleged injuries Mareli Miniutti suffered at the hands of Avenatti which can be seen here.

Aren’t we supposed to believe all women?
