President Donald Trump was in Council Bluffs, Iowa on Tuesday to announce his new ethanol plans and to rally Iowans before the midterm elections.
During his opening remarks, President Trump mentioned the historic week with the confirmation of Justice Brett Kavanaugh and the crowd went wild.
The President also announced his plans to expand ethanol use in Iowa–warning that the Democrats will end ethanol if they gain power.
President Trump then began naming all the Democrats who were involved in the unprecedented attacks against Kavanaugh and as soon as he mentioned Dem Senator Feinstein, the crowd got riled up and started booing loudly.
“How about Senator Feinstein? That’s another beauty,” Trump said.
“Did you leak the documents?” Trump added, before mocking Feinstein with an exaggerated denial.
President Trump laughed as the crowd chanted “lock her up! lock her up!”
“I think they’re talking about Feinstein,” Trump said. “Can you believe it?”
Ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) has repeatedly denied leaking Christine Ford’s letter to the media. Feinstein was very nervous during the Kavanaugh-Ford hearing when she was confronted about leaking Ford’s letter and stuttered as she claimed her staffers did not leak the letter.
