Creepy Porn Lawyer Avenatti Lashes Out at Grassley After Criminal Referral

Creepy porn lawyer Michael Avenatti is having a bad week.

Earlier this week he was hit with a $4.85 million personal judgement and then evicted from his Newport Beach, CA office for nonpayment of four months of rent.

Now Grassley is calling for a criminal investigation into Avenatti and his client Julie Swetnick, specifically for false statements and deliberate obstruction of a congressional investigation (violations of 18 U.S.C. §§ 371, 1001 and 1505)

On Thursday, Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) criminally referred creepy porn lawyer Michael Avenatti and his client Julie Swetnick to the DOJ.

Last month, Michael Avenatti revealed Brett Kavanaugh’s 3rd accuser shortly before the confirmation vote–A woman named Julie Swetnick who brought forth allegations of gang rape.

Julie Swetnick’s allegations immediately began to fall apart.

In an appearance on NBC News, Swetnick walked back some of her previously sworn statements.

The Senate Judiciary Chairman noted this in his criminal referral and hit Avenatti for also contradicting Swetnick’s allegations whilst claiming he thoroughly vetted his client.

“In subsequent interviews, Avenatti likewise cast serious doubt on or contradicted the allegations while insisting that he had thoroughly vetted his client,” Grassley said.

Avenatti lashed out at Grassley Thursday afternoon saying he “welcomes the investigation.”

CPL: It is ironic that Senator Grassley now is interested in investigations. He didn’t care when it came to putting a man on the SCOTUS for life. We welcome the investigation as now we can finally get to the bottom of Judge Kavanaugh’s lies and conduct. Let the truth be known.

Then Avenatti said “it is Christmas in October!” adding Grassley opened up “Pandora’s box.”

CPL: Maybe if Grassley was actually a lawyer that knew something about the law, he would realize what he has done. He just opened up Pandora’s box as it relates to Justice Kavanaugh’s conduct. It is Christmas in October!

Last week a judge dismissed Michael Avenatti’s client Stormy Daniels’ defamation suit against President Trump.

Even more delicious, the judge then ordered Stormy Daniels to pay President Trump’s legal fees.

Avenatti takes another L–WOMP WOMP
