FOX News Channel announced shortly after the Senate confirmation vote that Justice Brett Kavanaugh will be sworn in today.

Shannon Bream announced Brett Kavanaugh will be sworn in today.
** One swearing in will be administered by Chief Justice John Roberts.
** The second swearing in will be by retired Justice Anthony Kennedy. Brett Kavanaugh clerked for Kennedy years ago
