Senate Democrats have just launched a new attack on Brett Kavanaugh.
On Wednesday afternoon, Senate Democrats suggested past FBI background checks on Brett Kavanaugh include evidence of inappropriate behavior.
The new drama started because the Senate Judiciary Committee sent out a pair of tweets Tuesday defending Kavanaugh.

On Wednesday Democrat Senator Dick Durbin demanded the Senate Judiciary Committee correct its tweet and attached a letter signed by 8 out of 10 Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee, including Dianne Feinstein.
