Manchin is speaking from his office, but he is being drowned out by protesters, said FOX News reporter Chad Pergram.

Susan Collins (R-ME) just announced that she will be backing Kavanaugh Saturday after a 45 minute speech from the Senate floor.
McConnell lunched with Susan Collins prior to her 45 minute speech.
Senator Jeff Flake also said he is a YES for tomorrow’s vote to confirm Kavanaugh.
