It should surprise absolutely no one that the Libertarian Party is ridiculous.
Their candidate in the one election where they could have actually made waves didn’t even know what Aleppo was.
Still, it may come as a surprise to some that the Libertarian Party officially opposes the concept of innocent until proven guilty.

In a bizarre twitter thread, the official account for the party explained that because of the “non-aggression principle” they “oppose electing or appointing politicians, bureaucrats, or judges whose policies and decisions will hurt people or take from them through war, government-run welfare, crony capitalism, and consensual crime laws.”
While completely ignoring the lack of even one iota of evidence that Judge Brett Kavanaugh ever commit a crime, the party’s account continued on to say that “the contentious Supreme Court confirmation hearings for Judge Brett Kavanaugh took an ugly turn when Dr. Christine Blasey Ford credibly testified that she had been sexually assaulted by the nominee. Ford was a reluctant witness.”
The thread continued into a nonsensical ramble about how “Libertarians applaud the success of the #MeToo movement in emboldening the victims of sexual assault and abuse to name their assailants. Comedian Bill Cosby has been sentenced to prison for one of many rape accusations.”
