Senate Judiciary Committee Republicans to Meet at 9:30 AM – Kavanaugh Has the Votes

Brett Kavanaugh has the votes to make it out of the Committee vote Friday morning according to FOX News.

Senate Judiciary Committee Republicans are set to vote Friday morning at 9:30 ET.

Four Republican ‘swing’ Senators huddled in a 30 minute meeting Thursday evening after a grueling hearing wherein Judge Kavanaugh and accuser Christine Ford delivered their testimonies and sparred with lawmakers.

Republican Senators (RINOs) Lisa Murkowski, Joe Manchin, Susan Collins and Jeff Flake huddled for about 30 minutes before the GOP Conference meeting as soon as the Kavanaugh hearing concluded, reported FOX News Congress reporter Chad Pergram.

As of Thursday evening, 47 GOPers were on board with a ‘yea’ vote for Kavanaugh, although reports are beginning to surface the RINO’s and some Dems will vote in favor of Kavanaugh.

Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley scheduled a Committee vote for 9:30 AM ET Friday–the confirmation vote to take place on Tuesday.

PERGRAM: If the Senate votes to halt debate, on Kavanaugh nomination, opponents of are afforded 30 hours of clock time to burn before a confirmation vote. Expect confirmation vote to come late in the day on Tuesday…MAYBE Wednesday…depending on when the 30 hour clock started running
