According to a new report out by NBC News, the White House has limited the FBI probe into Kavanaugh.
The FBI is not permitted to probe allegations brought forth by creepy porn lawyer Michael Avenatti’s client Julie Swetnick, reported NBC News.
At the time of this publication, the FBI has been permitted to investigate allegations brought forth by Christine Ford and Deborah Ramirez after Senator Flake threw the SCOTUS vote into chaos Friday morning demanding an FBI probe of Kavanaugh prior to a full Senate floor vote.
Ramirez is the second woman to accuse Kavanaugh; she claimed Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her decades ago at a Yale party–but she was so drunk she barely remembers anything.
Mr. Kavanaugh has categorically denied all allegations.

Michael Avenatti revealed Brett Kavanaugh’s 3rd accuser Wednesday morning–A woman named Julie Swetnick who has brought forth allegations of gang rape.
Ms. Swetnick, in a sworn statement says she was a victim of one of these “gang” or “train” rapes where Brett Kavanaugh and Mark Judge were present. Swetnick also claims she was drugged with Qualuudes or “something similar.”
The tall tale immediately began to fall apart after further scrutiny.
Julie Swetnick, 55 is two years older than Brett Kavanaugh, 53–She graduated high school three years before Kavanaugh, so what was she doing partying with him and his minor friends?
Furthermore, a letter signed by 60 classmates of Judge Brett Kavanaugh was released Wednesday; all classmates said they have never even met a woman named Julie Swetnick.
