Report: Anti-Trump FBI Agent Peter Strzok to Attack House Hearing as ‘Victory for Putin’ (Watch hearing here)

Anti-Trump FBI counter-intelligence agent Deputy Assistant Director Peter Strzok is scheduled to testify before a public hearing by the House Judiciary and Oversight committees at 10 a.m. EDT Thursday. In his prepared opening statement, reported Politico, Strzok plans to attack the hearing as a victory for Russia’s President Vladimir Putin.

Strzok had an affair with fellow anti-Trump FBI official Lisa Page while they investigated Trump.

““I have the utmost respect for Congress’s oversight role, but I truly believe that today’s hearing is just another victory notch in Putin’s belt and another milestone in our enemies’ campaign to tear America apart,” he plans to say.”

Strzok will also testify his he did not allow his opinions to opinions to impact his duties, Politico’s Kyle Cheney tweeted.
