As TGP previously reported in February, according to Mike Cernovich, McCabe altered far left FBI investigator Peter Strzok’s 302 notes on his interview with General Michael Flynn.
And then McCabe destroyed the evidence.

Now Senate investigators suspect McCabe altered his 302 notes on General Flynn and have referred the matter to Inspector General Horowitz.
Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley is the one who pressured the FBI and DOJ to turn over the 302 notes on General Flynn’s investigation.
In Friday May 11, 2018, Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) sent a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray and Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein stating Comey testified the FBI didn’t think General Flynn lied. Grassley also revealed Joe Pientka was the second FBI agent who joined Peter Strzok on January 24th, 2017 in an ambush style interview to take down General Flynn.
Rosenstein refused to give the Senate Judiciary Committee the requested documents. Instead, Rosenstein provided “insufficient” documents prompting Grassley to send a second scathing letter to the Deputy AG.
It appears Senate investigators have finally received the 302 notes or evidence confirming Cernovich’s February scoop that the FBI summary on Flynn’s interview was altered by McCabe.
The IG knows McCabe changed Peter Strzok 302 / notes with General Flynn.
Yet issuing a report to this effect would call thousands of FBI investigations into question.

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein doesn’t want Special Agent Pientka to testify.
Investigative reporter, Sara Carter says Pientka, if issued a subpoena, will discuss how forthcoming Flynn was about very specific sensitive information that Flynn could not have possibly known the investigators already knew, which may give additional insight into Flynn’s veracity and willingness to tell the truth.
Pientka is ready to discuss a very specific piece of sensitive information Flynn provided during the interrogation that will further prove Flynn is being truthful.
Grassley is now going after Rosenstein for access to Pientka.

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley isn’t backing down as the Justice Department rebuffs his repeated attempts to speak with the FBI agent whose interview with Michael Flynn was used to indict the ex-national security adviser in the Russia probe.
“This is no ordinary criminal case,” Grassley, R-Iowa, wrote in a June 6 letter to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein. “Congress has a right to know the full story and to know it now.”
Grassley is pressing his request anew after the DOJ once again rejected his bid to speak with FBI Agent Joe Pientka and to obtain the FBI’s records of the interview.
