President Donald Trump slammed the ‘criminal deep state’ in a series of tweets Wednesday morning, including a mention by name of Obama DNI James Clapper, saying, “SPYGATE could be one of the biggest political scandals in history!”

Trump’s tweets come in the wake of reports and allegations over the past week that the Obama administration used spies to try to infiltrate and set-up the Trump campaign.
