John Kerry Spox Admits He Secretly Met With Iranian Official and Other Foreign Leaders to Salvage Iran Nuclear Deal

Conservative media exploded after it was revealed Barack Obama’s former Secretary of State, John Kerry has been secretly meeting with Iranian officials to salvage Iran’s nuclear weapons program.

On Monday morning the President put John Kerry on notice.

The Boston Globe revealed last week John Kerry has been secretly engaging in unusual and most likely illegal shadow diplomacy with Iranian leaders in an effort to salvage the nuclear deal he helped craft.

He [John Kerry] sat down at the United Nations with Foreign Minister Javad Zarif to discuss ways of preserving the pact limiting Iran’s nuclear weapons program. It was the second time in about two months that the two had met to strategize over salvaging a deal they spent years negotiating during the Obama administration, according to a person briefed on the meetings.

John Kerry also reportedly met with French President Emmanuel Macron in both New York City and Paris.

John Kerry’s spokesman responded to Trump’s tweet by admitting Kerry is actively violating the Logan Act.

Trump tweeted: The United States does not need John Kerry’s possibly illegal Shadow Diplomacy on the very badly negotiated Iran Deal. He was the one that created this MESS in the first place!

It’s outrageous that Obama and his corrupt cabal continue to undermine President Trump’s administration at every turn.

Democrat lawyer and legal scholar Alan Dershowitz blasted John Kerry saying he’s clearly violating the Logan Act if it was enforced.

The Logan Act reads as follows:

Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

This section shall not abridge the right of a citizen to apply, himself or his agent, to any foreign government or the agents thereof for redress of any injury which he may have sustained from such government or any of its agents or subjects.

The corrupt former acting Attorney General Sally Yates believed then-NatSec Advisor General Flynn violated the Logan Act when he lawfully spoke to Russian Ambassador Kislyak about sanctions during the Trump transition.

It’s time to send in the G men and arrest John Kerry for Logan Act violations, right Sally Yates?

Trump tweeted Monday afternoon he will be announcing his decision on the Iran deal Tuesday from the White House at 2:00 PM EST.
