Tech giants such as Twitter, Facebook and YouTube are censoring conservatives by using many different methods from shadowbanning to overtly blocking content from users.
One way Twitter censors users is by marking content “sensitive” which blocks people from viewing the tweet. Users on desktops can click “view” in order to see the tweet, however; on iPhone app for Twitter, the content is unable to be viewed.
Twitter is censoring the Drudge Report by marking tweets with a warning that states, “This tweet is not available because it includes potentially sensitive content.”
On Sunday, Chairman Devin Nunes brought attention to the censorship.

Breitbart’s John Nolte tweeted screenshots of Drudge’s Twitter account showing the blocked tweets and said, “Look at how Twitter censors @DRUDGE. 90% of tweets are blocked.”

Chairman Nunes (R-CA) responded to Nolte’s tweet with a warning to Drudge.
Nunes tweeted: “I’ve noticed this also… Seems like @DRUDGE_REPORT @DRUDGE being censored by Twitter. PLEASE RETWEET if you’ve seen this happen in your feed!”

During the 2016 presidential election, the highly influential Drudge Report was one of the main driving forces behind getting Donald Trump into the White House. No wonder why Twitter is censoring the media juggernaut’s account.
The Drudge Report boasts 1.34 million followers on Twitter. Many of the followers can’t even view content because of Twitter’s censorship.
Although Twitter offers users the ability to mark their own tweets “sensitive” in the “settings” section of the site, the social media giant also automatically changes the settings of certain accounts (conservative) so their tweets are marked to sensitive without consent of the user.
This is just another sneaky way Twitter blocks conservative content from being viewed and shared on the platform.
