Hannity ‘Cross-Examines’ Comey After Damning Leak About Trump-Hating FBI Agent

In response to President Trump’s swipe at the FBI’s investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails, James Comey responded by quoting none other than…himself.

“I want the American people to know this truth: The FBI is honest. The FBI is strong. And the FBI is, and always will be, independent. Me (June 8, 2017),” tweeted Comey Sunday.

Here are the tweets that Comey was responding to.

Trump retweeted New York Post‘s Paul Sperry: “Wray needs to clean house. Now we know the politicization even worse than McCabe’s ties to McAuliffe/Clinton. It also infected his top investigator PETER STRZOK, who sent texts bashing Trump & praising Hillary during campaign. Strzok led Hillary probe & supervised Trump probe!”

“After years of Comey, with the phony and dishonest Clinton investigation (and more), running the FBI, its reputation is in Tatters – worst in History! But fear not, we will bring it back to greatness,” tweeted Trump.

“Report: “ANTI-TRUMP FBI AGENT LED CLINTON EMAIL PROBE” Now it all starts to make sense!”

Fox News host Sean Hannity, who has been highly critical of the former FBI Director’s investgation into Clinton’s emails, began cross-examining Comey, asking questions the American people have been demanding the answers to.

“First Thank God for all Law Enforcement officers. Questions; 1- Why did you draft HRC’s exoneration report before the investigation was finished.2-Why did you change the words “gross negligence” 3-Y did u listen to L.Lynch “Matter” Let’s start there. Then Mueller and Weismann ?’s,” asked Hannity.

Hannity then followed by asking Comey, “What do you know about Deep State illegal Surveillance, unmasking, and leaking of raw intel? 5-Did you want to hire Christopher Steele and pay him? 6-Was the Steele Dossier used to get surveillance warrants vs Candidate or President elect Trump and his team?”

The conservative host’s questions didn’t end there.

“Was the Fusion GPS dossier full of Russian lies? Was 8-Is It a crime to “mishandle” & “destroy” classified, top secret and Special access Program materials? 9-Is It a crime to destroy subpoenaed emails & documents and devices with such information?”

Do Hannity’s questions have anything to do with the Fox News host tweeted his famous “Tick Tock,” on Sunday evening?

“To all my deplorable friends. Tick tock. Tomorrow!!”
