Is POTUS Trump Turning On Jared Kushner Over Bad Political Advice?

Many believe Jared Kushner has the safest job in Washington. As the son-in-law to the President, Kushner is seen as an untouchable White House figure given a portfolio of policy goals he has little experience to accomplish.

As it turns out, President Trump may be having second thoughts about advice he’s been receiving from Kushner.

In a phone call with former Chief White House Strategist and Breitbart News chairman Steve Bannon, President Trump conceded Kushner has given him “bad political advice.”

This is the first report since Trump entered the White House where the President is bashing Kushner, which begs the questions if the tide is turning against the real estate scion. Kushner was widely credited for his tech skills during the campaign, but little has been said from within or outside the White House about his political prowess.

Washington Examiner reports:

President Trump thinks White House adviser and son-in-law Jared Kushner is giving him bad political advice as special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russia’s meddling in the 2016 election heats up.

Trump told former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon that he blames Kushner for the firings of former national security adviser Mike Flynn and former FBI Director James Comey, Vanity Fair reported Wednesday.

“Jared is the worst political adviser in the White House in modern history. I’m only saying publicly what everyone says behind the scenes at Fox News, in conservative media, and the Senate and Congress.” former Trump aide Sam Nunberg told Vanity Fair.

To be fair Jared Kushner received much praise for organizing the Arab Summit in Saudi Arabia which was a great success.

According to a POLITICO report, Gen. John Kelly has been working to limit Kushner’s access to President Trump. As previously reported, former White House aide Dr. Sebastian Gorka warned of an imminent shake-up of senior White House staffers. Could this be the beginning on Kushner’s decline?
