PIZZA POLITICS: DiGiorno and Pizza Hut ATTACK Papa John’s, HuffPo Claims They’re “ALT-RIGHT”

American politics has reached a new level of absurdity today with DiGiorno and Pizza Hut both tag teaming against Papa John’s, after their founder and CEO John Schnatter called out the anti-military anti-police and anti-American protests the players keep taking part in.

Previously, Papa Johns recently warned the NFL their sales are down this year during NFL games.

Which makes perfect sense, most American do not tune into the NFL to see self-righteous multi-millionaires attack American propriety.

“We are disappointed the NFL and its leadership did not resolve this,” Papa John’s CEO Schnatter said in a conference call. “Leadership starts at the top, and this is an example of poor leadership.”

DiGiorno too the opportunity to come out in support of the NFL’s embrace of Anti-Americanism and attack Papa John’s on Twitter:

Papa John’s punched back by changing their Twitter bio to read “Frozen pizza = the pizza equivalent of a participation trophy.”

And just when you thought this thing couldn’t get any more absurd, the Huffington Post has just published an article titled “Why The Alt-Right Now Loves Papa John’s“. Apparently, even Pizza isn’t safe from radical leftist propaganda.

Huffington Post’s analysis, however, is not remotely as relevant as Report Of The Week’s pizza insights. We checked in on him to see what he thinks of each pizza brand:

Pizza Hut: “It’s a very greasy pizza. Not heavy on the sauce. The cheese is salty”

DiGiorno: “Pretty standard, nothing too special about it. […] You bite in, it’s a little chewy, very salty. […] The pizza itself is unremarkable.”

Papa John’s: “A nice bit of spiciness. I think it makes this pizza very very flavorful. Even the oil from the pepperoni, it mixes with the cheese, the base, the sauce, and complements it very very nicely.”

and we have a winner….
