In a tradition since 1923 the National Christmas Tree was lit tonight by President Trump and First Lady Melania Trump.

President Trump and Melania Trump lit the National Christmas Tree tonight in Washington DC.
It was a remarkable moment.

The president took time to thank law enforcement, the military, teachers and pastors for their leadership in our communities. The Republican president also took time to thank families.
