Disturbing footage of a New Jersey mother totaling an SUV with her own children inside is making the rounds on social media. According to reports, the children were cut from the smashed glass during the freak-out.

A New Jersey woman was caught on camera smashing her ex-partner’s car windows with a hammer while their sobbing children sat terrified in the backseat.
A video that has gone viral captured a disgruntled woman in Paterson on Sunday wielding a hammer and walking around the vehicle smashing all the windows. The children, a boy and a girl, can be heard screaming and crying in the background.
Relatives told Univision the driver is the woman’s ex and the two kids, 3 and 5, are their children.
“This is very sad, right?” the woman’s cousin, who chose not be identified, told Univision in Spanish. “This is not right. I don’t know why this happened.”
The man is heard on camera telling the angry woman that shards of glass had injured the youngsters, but the woman ignores and keeps swinging.
“You cut the babies,” the man can be heard saying in Spanish.
Afterward, the woman opens the door, grabs the children and puts them into another car.
According to the Daily Mail, the couple is of Dominican decent.
