On July 5, 2017 President Donald Trump tweeted that China trade with North Korea had grown almost 40% in the first quarter.
Trade between China and North Korea grew almost 40% in the first quarter. So much for China working with us – but we had to give it a try!

The New York Times immediately attacked the president for quoting this 40% figure.
In the same report the New York Times then says China’s trade with North Korea grew 37.4% the first quarter compared to last year.
How’s that for fake news?
