As TGP previously reported, GOP Senators Jerry Moran (Kansas) and Mike Lee (Utah) announced Monday night that they will not be supporting the bill to repeal and replace Obamacare.Â
GOP Senator, Jerry Moran (Kansas) made a run for it after briefly speaking to reporters on Tuesday. Witnesses say that he jumped over the subway tracks to get away from the group of reporters hounding him for answers.
USA Today reported:
Sen. Jerry Moran is under intense scrutiny after he said he wouldn’t vote for the Senate’s revised health care bill to repeal and replace Obamacare, effectively tanking the legislation.
So it’s unsurprising that reporters want to talk to the Kansas Republican.
The senator did stop to talk to some journalists in the U.S. Capitol on Tuesday. But after several minutes, he made a run for it.
