The Senate Judiciary Committee announced in a press release Wednesday afternoon that Donald Trump, Jr. Paul Manafort and Glenn Simpson of Fusion GPS have been “invited” to appear at a hearing to be held next Wednesday.
The committee will subpoena the men should they decline the invitation to testify; also, document preservation letters were sent according to Frank Thorp of NBC News.
NOTE: Manafort and Don Jr have been INVITED to testify before Senate Judiciary, but have not yet confirmed.
