MORE WINNING! Secretary of State Tillerson Meets with Putin at Kremlin

Secretary of State Rex Tillerson traveled to Moscow for meetings this week.
Russian officials said President Vladimir Putin would not be meeting with Tillerson following the US missile strike in Syria last week.

But Russian officials changed their mind and Tillerson met with Putin on Wednesday.
