My brother Bud Hoft passed away on Tuesday night. He was 71.
Bud was a dear friend and protective older brother. He taught me many lessons. He showed me respect. He was proud of me. And he loved me.
After suffering for several years with Alzheimer’s he passed away this evening. I had just stopped by to see him. He died an hour later.
It’s raining outside tonight.
I will miss my brother Bud.
God accept my dear older brother.
