The attacker was identified last night as Muslim Fatmir H. from Kosovo but authorities are not calling this a terror attack.
Seven people including two police officers were injured when a man wielding an axe went on the rampage at a train station in Dusseldorf.
The mother of one of the attack victims posted this heart-wrenching photo from his hospital bedside.
