President-elect Donald Trump and VP-elect Mike Pence interviewed former Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney last week at Trump National Golf Club in New Jersey.
Reports soon came out that the Trump Transition Team was seriously considering Mitt Romney for Secretary of State.
Trump supporters are stunned and outraged with this development.
Former Governor Mike Huckabee, a Trump supporter for several months, said choosing Mitt Romney as Secretary of State would be a “real insult” to all of those who voted for Trump.
Former Speaker Newt Gingrich said, “I can think of twenty of other people better suited for secretary of state other than Romney.”

** In June Mitt Romney told CNN on Friday Donald Trump will bring “trickle down racism” to America.
** Mitt Romney was so bitter against Donald Trump that he reportedly “sold” his email list to #NeverTrump candidate Evan McMullin.
** Mitt Romney delivered a widely publicized speech filled with vicious personal attacks against Donald Trump.
** Mitt called Trump a “conman, a fake and a phony“ who was “playing us for suckers.”
** Mitt Romney accused multi-billionaire Trump of being a failed businessman.
** Romney accused Trump of “coddling of repugnant bigotry.”
** Romney said Trump’s positions put evil over good.
** In October (last month) Mitt accused Trump of demeaning our wives and daughters.
** Mitt Romney starred in Hillary Clinton’s ad “Agree” along with fellow #NeverTrumper Republicans.
This was a very effective ad thanks to Mitt Romney.
