Donald Trump had planned on sitting for an interview with the far left New York Times today.
The New York Times led the charge against Trump for months this past year publishing several scurrilous hit pieces on the popular Republican candidate.
This did not go unnoticed.
Trump regularly slammed the New York Times and liberal media at his sold-out rallies.
The Trump campaign didn’t call to cancel the NY Times interview.
He tweeted about it instead.
I cancelled today's meeting with the failing @nytimes when the terms and conditions of the meeting were changed at the last moment. Not nice

This really is just amazing.
Trump treats the liberal mainstream media with the (dis)respect they deserve.
Then, for good measure, he proceeded to RIP THEM APART on Twitter.
Perhaps a new meeting will be set up with the @nytimes. In the meantime they continue to cover me inaccurately and with a nasty tone!

The failing @nytimes just announced that complaints about them are at a 15 year high. I can fully understand that – but why announce?
