Exhausted Hillary Clinton Withdraws from Public – Will Hold Mega Fundraisers in NYC & LA Instead

The American Mirror published an article Friday claiming Democratic presidential nominee is taking five days off the campaign trail this weekend making no appearances starting Friday, September 9 and not appearing again until Wednesday, September 14 with an appearance on the Ellen Degeneres Show.

The American Mirror article states:

There is currently nothing publicly scheduled for Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday, according to HillarySpeeches.com.

On Wednesday, September 14, she’ll chat with Ellen.

Has a presidential candidate ever disappeared from voters’ view for five days in September?”

However, a check of online sources shows Clinton was scheduled for a mega fundraiser in New York City on Friday, September 9 headlined by Barbra Streisand and for two mega fundraisers in Los Angeles on Tuesday, September 13.

Clinton also appeared Friday at a national security briefing that was reported on Thursday by Politico.

Hillary Clinton will meet with a bipartisan group of former national security officials on Friday, a group that includes ousted former CIA Director David Petraeus and former George W. Bush Homeland Security chief Michael Chertoff.

The meeting, announced on Thursday morning as Clinton spoke to reporters outside her campaign plane before a campaign stop in Charlotte, North Carolina, will be a “working session” held at the New York Historical Society, according to a campaign official.”

(CNN reported Friday morning that Clinton would appear Sunday, September 11 at Ground Zero in New York City for a non-campaign appearance after she and the other leading presidential candidates including Republican rival Donald Trump promised to suspend campaigning that day.)

Buzzfeed reported on August 9 that Clinton would would be in New York City on September 9 for a fundraiser targeting the LGBT community headlined by Barbra Streisand.

The LGBT donor class has coalesced around Hillary Clinton for years, first in her run for senate and now her bid for president. Another fact: Barbra Streisand is a gay icon.

So, give the people what they want.

According to an invitation obtained by BuzzFeed News, Streisand will serenade a LGBT-targeted fundraiser for Clinton on Sept. 9 at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City.

Featuring a rainbow H logo, the invite from “LGBT for Hillary” says dinner tickets start at $1,200, with limited availability, and top out at $250,000 per ducat. Donors who break six figures get a meet-and-greet reception with Clinton…

The event next month benefits the Hillary Victory Fund — a committee authorized by Hillary for America, the Democratic National Committee, and state parties. Revenue will be dispersed among the groups, the invitation says.”

A host of other outlets picked up the report on the September 9 Streisand fundraiser.

Deadline.com reported on September 6 that Clinton would be in Los Angeles for two fundraisers on September 13.

The Democratic presidential nominee will be back in Los Angeles next week for two more Tinseltown fundraisers hosted by Seth MacFarlane and Barry Diller & Diane von Furstenberg, I’ve learned…Double dipping as usual, Clinton’s first event will be a $5,000-to-$50,000-a-pop fundraiser at the Family Guy creator and one-time Bernie Sanders supporter’s Beverly Hills home. To sweeten the deal, Lionel Richie will be performing. Then, after that lunch, it’s off the IAC Chairman and von Furstenberg’s home for a $100,000-a-couple dinner. Ex-Disney boss Michael Eisner and wife Jane are among the co-chairs for that “Conversation and Dinner With Hillary Clinton.”

Several outlets picked up the report of Clinton being in Los Angeles on September 13 for the two fundraisers.
