Milwaukee police confirmed reports of gunfire during a second round of protests Sunday night over the police shooting death of armed Black criminal Sylville Smith.
Police also reported they used an armored vehicle to rescue a wounded person who was shot.
Milwaukee police said one officer was taken to the hospital for injury after a rock broke a squad car’s windshield on Milwaukee’s north side.

The protesters are upset that a black criminal waving a stolen gun was shot dead by a black police officer on Saturday.
