An angry protester disrupted a press conference Wednesday between US Secretary of State John Kerry and Italian Foreign Minister Paolo Gentiloni in Rome.
The protester accused Kerry of creating the Islamic State in Syria-Iraq.
ISIS gained control of large swaths of Syria and Iraq after US President Barack Obama withdrew the last remaining troops from the region in 2012.
Since that time over one million migrants and refugees have flooded into Europe to escape the conflict.
