This comes after Saturday’s prisoner swap and the release of billions of dollars back to the killer regime.
In closing Obama said he was hopeful this would give Iran the opportunity to advance their interests.

I am hopeful this signals the opportunity at least for Iran to work more cooperatively with nations around the world to advance their interests and the interests for people who are looking for peace and security for their families.
