A car plowed into a crowd on the Las Vegas Strip near Planet Hollywood where the Miss Universe pageant was held.

UPDATE—- Officials not sure if act of terrorism or impaired driver.

Here’s another update from an eyewitness— The female driver hit a crowd. Got off sidewalk and sped up before hitting another crowd.

Police shut down the strip – 33 sent to hospitals.

There are reports that as many as 27 people may be injured.

The incident was near the Bellagio.
