A 21-month-old boy was fatally wounded in north St. Louis County shooting Tuesday afternoon.
The St. Louis County Crimes Against Persons Unit was dispatched to a shooting in the 7700 block of Utica, in Hanley Hills around 1:30 p.m. Police tweeted that a child was killed in the shooting.
Police tell News 4 a woman brought the boy to a St. Louis hospital, where hospital employees contacted police. No suspects are in custody.
