The Obama administration announced plans today to build trust between police and communities they serve.
Protesters burned down Ferguson, Missouri after a jury did not indict Police Officer Darren Wilson.
Now the rioters will be rewarded.
This comes after the riots in Ferguson, Missouri where robber Michael Brown was shot dead after attacking a police officer and grabbing for his gun.
Part of the announced plan today includes hiring positions (community organizers) to focus on building community trust. The DOJ is setting aside $163 million for this operation.
$163 million!
