This week in Davos, Switzerland, Secretary of State John Kerry described America’s enemy as “criminal anarchy” and “annihilism.”
“Today we are witnessing criminal anarchy, annihilism, which illigitimately claims an ideological and religious foundation. Obviously the biggest error we could make is to blame Muslims collectively for the crimes not committed by Muslims alone. Crimes that the overwhelming majority of Muslims oppose. Crimes that their faith utterly rejects.”
Tonight Charles Krauthammer responded to Kerry’s liberal nonsense.
“Well, the biggest error we could make… The biggest error we could make is to lose the damn war because we refuse to recognise who the enemy is and what it requires. That would be a larger error because it would consign people to, for example, the hell that is Syria today approaching now a quarter of a million dead…. Obama, came into office with the strategy America leaves. He didn’t quite understand that, a factor of geopolitics, that if America leaves the vacuum does not remain a vacuum… This is a president who believes in withdrawal and here are the fruits of withdrawal.”
