Construction workers in downtown St. Louis came under fire on Monday after four men put guns out of the window of their car and fired at the construction site.
KMOV reported:

A bullet and a bruise are two of the clues left behind after a bizarre drive-by shooting that put the lives of several construction workers at risk.

The shooting happened shortly after 10:00 a.m. Monday a block north of the Lumiere Place Casino in downtown St. Louis, where construction crews have been working to build a new parking lot. A car was driving south on 2nd Street, near Biddle, when four men inside put guns out of the window and started shooting at the construction site, witnesses told police.

One worker was struck by a bullet that ricocheted off something and hit him in the side of the head. That worker fell to the ground, leaving him with a red mark and a bruise. Witnesses said about a dozen bullets were fired, but no one was seriously hurt.
